'DriftGarden started with a humble vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Naples. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza place began as a quaint, family-owned shop where recipes have been passed through generations.
Marco Rossi, our founder, mastered the pizza craft on her sojourns across Italy, learning from esteemed pizza makers in Naples—pizza's homeland. On her return to the UK, she was inspired to deliver the essence of Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and selecting premium ingredients.
Our journey from a small-scale 12-seat eatery to a cherished neighborhood fixture hasn’t altered our dedication to excellence and originality. We continue to use classic wood-burning oven procedures, craft our dough from scratch daily, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'DriftGarden is still in the hands of the Rossi family, with the progeny now steering our zealous team. Although we've adopted certain contemporary approaches, our core remains fixed: producing scrumptious, genuine pizza that gathers folks together.
